White Card

Course Overview

White Card is a mandatory work health and safety training requirement for anyone who intends to work in the construction industry or enter an active work site in the infrastructure, resources and construction industries. Those working in ‘construction’ trade positions whether full-time or contracting are required to hold a White Card and have it in their possession while on site.

This White Card course includes the theoretical and practical components on how to keep yourself and others safe while working on a construction site, and completion of this course is a pre-requisite to receiving a White Card (also known as General Construction Induction Card or a Construction Induction Card depending on your state or territory).

* Competency Training only delivers this course in face-to-face delivery mode. Under White Card delivery requirements, delivery in Queensland must be undertaken face-to-face.

6 Hours

Training and assessment must be conducted face-to-face* at Competency Training facilities. Upon arrangement, training and assessment can be conducted at the premises of industry clients providing there are suitable industry training facilities and must be conducted via face-to-face delivery.
