LogiCamms’ Competency Assurance team provide instructional design services to a broad range of industries including mining, minerals and hydrocarbons. The group is growing rapidly with three new starters in the past few months, providing project training requirements to both greenfield and brownfield operations.

Services include:

Training Needs Analysis / Role profiling
Training design
Courseware development (eLearning / Face to face / Competency based)
Technical writing
Development of Training Standards and Manuals
Management of training programs and course materials
Implementation of a holistic Competency Assurance Management Service (CAMS)
