Competency Training played host to a senior international education delegation last week, as part of the International Education and Training Familiarisation Tour of Queensland, organised by Trade and Investment Queensland.
The delegation represented Asia, the Middle East, South America and Europe, and spent a week visiting Queensland education and training providers from Cairns, Rockhampton, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Brisbane.
Delegates were interested to learn about Competency Training’s delivery of customised site based training in Australia and overseas. Competency Training Director, Steve Lonton, said “this tour was an opportunity to put Competency Training’s industry specific proposition in front of an international audience. Having such a high calibre of education representatives from across the world visit our Brisbane training facility is significant.”
