On the 27th November 2020, following shareholder approval, LogiCamms Ltd has now officially been changed to Verbrec Ltd after processing from the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. The name change reflects the evolution of several well-established companies that have been delivering specialised services to the energy, mining and infrastructure industries for over 30 years. The new corporate structure allows for the continuous expansion of the Verbrec Ltd group of companies and their capabilities. We will continue to trade under our company name of Competency Training (RTO 31299).

The new corporate structure positions Verbrec perfectly for future strategic acquisitions, as well as organic growth.”
The changed name is effective immediately and is being implemented across the entire Verbrec Ltd group of companies throughout 2021.
