From time to time, course schedules, delivery locations or trainers may need to change. If this happens, we’ll let you know as early as possible.

Fees and Payments
Full details of fees, charges and payment terms are provided before you enrol or accept a proposal.
• For public courses delivered to individual learners, course fees, payment arrangements and any applicable terms are clearly advised prior to confirmed enrolment.
• For corporate or employer-funded training, fees and payment terms are set out in the accepted proposal, quotation or purchase order.

Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds
Cancellations, withdrawals and refunds are managed in line with our Payments, Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds Policy.
• Whether a refund applies depends on the course type, notice period, delivery stage and booking arrangement.
• Please note that non-attendance does not result in a refund.

Corporate Bookings
For corporate or group training arrangements:
• cancellation and rescheduling conditions are outlined in the accepted proposal or quotation
• late cancellations may incur trainer, venue or mobilisation costs
• substitute participants may be accepted, subject to eligibility requirements and sufficient notice

Certification
AQF certification documentation is issued once all assessment requirements have been successfully completed and any outstanding fees have been paid.

Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to complete pre-enrolment suitability questions, meet course prerequisites, attend scheduled training, follow assessment and safety requirements, and provide accurate enrolment information (including a valid USI where required).
