1. Promotion Overview
This promotion is conducted by Competency Training Ltd (ABN 32 113 051 139). It runs from 1st April to 1st May 2026, inclusive. Eligible participants who successfully complete an Initial EEHA or Initial HVSO course delivered in Australia during this period will receive a $100 gift card.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 years and over.
2.2 The offer applies only to Initial EEHA and Initial HVSO courses delivered face‑to‑face in Australia.
2.3 The offer is not available for government-funded courses or discounted courses.
2.4 Directors, employees and contractors of Competency Training, and their immediate family members, are ineligible.

3. How to Qualify
3.1 Participants qualify for the gift card by meeting both of the following requirements: Booking an Initial EEHA or Initial HVSO course scheduled for completion between 1st April – 1st May 2026, inclusive; and successfully completing the course.
3.2 Each successfully completed enrolment qualifies for one gift card. Multiple successfully completed enrolments result in multiple gift cards.
3.3 If a refund is issued for any reason, the participant becomes ineligible for the promotion.
3.4 If a course originally scheduled within April 2026 is rescheduled by Competency Training, the participant will still receive the gift card upon successful completion of the rescheduled course.

4. Gift Card Fulfilment
4.1 Gift cards will be provided to eligible participants on the final day of their training, following successful completion.
4.2 Participants may choose from the available gift card options on the day, which may include Super Cheap Auto, Rebel Sport, BCF, JB Hi-Fi, or Bunnings Warehouse.
4.3 Gift cards issued under this promotion can only be redeemed in Australia.
4.4 Gift cards cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash, or resold.
4.5 Competency Training accepts no responsibility for lost or misplaced gift cards once issued.

5. Privacy
5.1 Personal information collected during the promotion is handled in accordance with Competency Training’s Privacy Policy.
5.2 Information is collected to administer the promotion and may be used for future marketing and promotional purposes by Competency Training and its related bodies corporate.

6. Liability
6.1 Competency Training makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality or suitability of goods or services purchased using the gift card.
6.2 To the extent permitted by law, Competency Training is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in the promotion or use of the gift card.
6.3 This clause does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

7. General
7.1 Competency Training may amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at its discretion, provided such changes do not disadvantage participants who have already qualified.
7.2 All decisions made by Competency Training regarding eligibility and fulfilment are final.
