Our trainers typically have:

Experience of 10 years or more in operational environments
Electrical qualifications or degree
A “People Person” personality and a willingness to travel
Hold or be willing to obtain a TAE40110, Cert IV in Training and Assessment

I’ve done this course a number of times and it can sometimes drag. The trainer made the course enjoyable and relevant to my job. I found his way of presenting easy to understand and he had a wealth of knowledge and experience that we could relate back to our own workplace.
