I’ve done this course a number of times and it can sometimes drag. The trainer made the course enjoyable and relevant to my job. I found his way of presenting easy to understand and he had a wealth of knowledge and experience that we could relate back to our own workplace.

Great system of learning at the course. Not rushed with time for questions. Very supportive for my first HV switching course. Thumbs up

Teacher was excellent, very knowledgeable, very personable, didn’t shut people down. Absolute 10/10. When training people to be an assessor he should be the model they learn how to be like.
