Students applying for subsidised training under a government funding program are required to provide all documentation requested by Competency Training in order to complete the funding eligibility check. Eligibility cannot be finalised until all required documentation has been received.

As part of government funding contractual obligations, students may be contacted directly by the funding body or its representatives to participate in a funding-related survey.

Payment of the prescribed student co-contribution fee must be received prior to course commencement.

Competency Training is required to report student information, training activity, and outcomes to the relevant funding authority in accordance with program guidelines and contractual obligations. This may include the disclosure of personal information for the purposes of audit, compliance, and program evaluation.

Students are advised that access to future funding opportunities may be limited. Where funding has been approved under a program, the funding body may be unable to provide additional subsidies for subsequent training, subject to the terms of the relevant program.
