This CPR course will enable participants to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation in accordance with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.
On completion of the course, participants will be able to respond to an emergency and perform CPR. The course content includes:

In recognition of our client base, we also discuss site emergency procedures where 000/ambulance isn’t the main emergency contact. Additionally, if site emergency procedures are provided ahead of time, the instructor will refer to them during the training.
This course also meets the requirement for annual CPR refresher training.

This course is suitable for all site personnel who require CPR certification. It also meets the requirement for annual CPR refresher training.
In accordance with Australian Resuscitation Council Guidelines, Competency Training recommends that this training is refreshed annually.
Competency Training also offers a nationally recognised Low Voltage Rescue course. The prerequisite for the Low Voltage Rescue unit is cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the two units can be delivered as a combined course for company clients. The combined course duration is 8 hours.
