Course Overview

The Certificate IV in Project Management Practice provides an avenue for project team members to gain a formal qualification in Project Management. It is suitable for personnel in project team roles who use project tools and methodologies to support organisational or business activities.

This course also covers the complete content that forms part of our Project Management Fundamentals course.

Payment Options include:
  • Bank Transfer/Direct Debit, or Credit Card (up to $1,500) or;
  • A valid Purchase Order for the total Course Fee amount (with the full amount listed).
Competency Training will hold an initial deposit of $1,500. The remaining balance of the course fee is to be paid in the following instalment upon the course commencement date as stipulated within this course booking confirmation and your invoice.

Students will undertake a range of class-based tasks that simulate a Project Management scenario relating to production and maintenance environments. Theory sessions, practical activities, written and practical assessment are conducted throughout the course.
